In this course, we'll look at the psychology behind a successful, marketing savvy website looking at information that is not taught in the usual IT, marketing, or graphic design courses.
This easy-to-follow class empowers small business owners and makes it possible for them to design a site that is both eye-catching and effective. We'll talk about color, font and image choice as well as placement and calls to action. At the end of this class you'll leave with the know-how to design a truly brilliant website to promote your small business.
The course includes a lab where we'll use the online web development and hosting tool, WIX, to develop a website for your small business. In this hands-on, instructional lab, you'll begin with a template to modify, where you'll learn how to develop a website that incorporates everything learned in part 1 of this course. Then, attendees can start in on their own website site and leave, well on the way to having a finished website!
